Exchange and return

Items of proper quality that, for any reason, did not suit you (size, style, or color) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after receiving the order in Ukraine, provided that:

• the item shows no signs of use;
• its original appearance and properties are fully preserved;
• the original packaging and all labels/tags are present and undamaged.

Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for return or exchange, in particular if:

• the tag is missing;
• the item is damaged or has lost its original saleable condition;
• there are foreign odors (perfume, sweat, etc.).

Please note

If the returned item does not meet the acceptance conditions, we will have to send it back to the customer at their expense.

• Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are paid by the customer.
• When refunding money to a bank card, the bank’s commission is deducted from the order amount.

Returns and exchanges are not available for parcels shipped outside Ukraine.

Refund timeframes

The refund is processed within 14 business days from the moment we receive your return and complete its inspection.

Exchange

A new shipment for an exchange is made after:

• we receive the item you are returning;
• we inspect its condition;
• we fully prepare the new order.
