Payment and delivery

PAYMENT

Payment for goods is made in the national currency (hryvnia) and exclusively in non-cash form.

After checking the Order by our manager and agreeing on all the details related to the terms and methods of delivery, the Buyer receives an invoice for payment by e-mail or in another convenient way. The invoice has a limited validity period - 3 working days. If it is not paid during this period, the Order is canceled.

The updated order may have different prices if the hryvnia exchange rate to other currencies has changed during this period.

ORDER

Until the moment of payment, the Order is considered a preliminary estimate and does not provide any grounds for starting work on this order. If payment is not made within 3 working days, the Order is canceled.

DELIVERY

Orders are delivered in a manner agreed upon with the Buyer. Delivery is possible by pickup from our warehouse, as well as by carriers Nova Poshta, Mist Express, Delivery and others available in the regions where the Seller and Buyer are located. Delivery by the carrier is at the Buyer's expense. The cost of delivery is not included in the price of the goods.

Free delivery of goods is possible in special cases (promotions, sales, etc.). Information about free delivery in such cases will be on the product pages, or on the pages with messages about the promotion.

RECEIPT

Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer must check the number of packages, as well as visually the integrity of each package with the goods.

In case of detection of significant damage during transportation by the carrier, it is necessary to unpack the goods at the carrier's office, or in the presence of the courier, and check the integrity of the goods. If mechanical damage is detected that may have occurred as a result of transportation, a report must be drawn up on this, in accordance with the terms of delivery of each specific carrier.

If damage to the goods is detected after receipt, and provided that there is no external mechanical damage to the packaging, you must contact the manager to draw up documents for the claim. Important! To replace damaged goods or parts, a mandatory condition for the exchange is the absence of traces of installation on the parts.
